How will I get my program?

You will be transferred to my personal training software called Trainerize. There you will be able to create an account and have access to any programs that you purchase.

Do you offer private training?

Yes! I offer in-person and virtual training sessions. In-person training sessions are conducted in a private training studio in West Hollywood, CA.
